The equipment operates through two main stages:

• In the concentration zone, the relative movement between the fixed and moving rings enables rapid drainage of filtrate without clogging.

• In the dewatering zone, the gradually reduced spiral pitch increases internal pressure, assisted by an adjustable back-pressure plate mechanism, to achieve thorough solid-liquid separation.

This innovative design eliminates the need for traditional filter cloths or centrifugal methods.
